At Dash & Bloom, every product is crafted and packaged with love. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order any time before it is shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Refunds & Replacements

We accept returns and offer replacements only if the product is damaged during shipping and proof (images/videos) is provided within 24 hours of delivery.

• We do not offer refunds for personalized/custom orders unless damaged.

• Refunds will be issued only if a replacement is not possible.
